Staying at the Majestic for our wedding anniversary and had dinner here. We walked in with no reservation but there was plenty of room at the bar for us. Which turned out to be an excellent experience watching the chefs in action and tasting their recommendations. We had the privilege of sittting in front of Allen, which made it an excellent experience as he made us his best recommendations. It was the best sushi me and my wife have had til this day, not exaggerating. We found our new annual Disney stay. The spicy yellow tuna was the best, on point!👌🏽

Excellent experience from beginning to end in a minimalistic, clean restaurant. The dishes MELT IN YOUR MOUTH but keep in mind you’ll be paying “Disney” (premium) prices here. Right across from Disneyland, our night ended with an up close view of the Disneyland fireworks. Everything tasted amazing. We ordered the Nori and Cheese Fries, Tofu Seafood Salad, 2 Double Shrimp Tempura Rolls, Rainbow Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll, and Spicy Tuna Roll. My mouth is watering from writing this review… The rolls were large, flavorful, and had good amounts of fish. My personal favorites were the salmon and tuna rolls. The salmon was rich and fatty. The spicy tuna had a mild kick of spice, making it enjoyable for almost any spice tolerance. I noticed the wasabi and soy sauce were milder than what I’m used to. A photographer comes by each table to take pictures. They offer 4 framed photos for purchase and give you 1 free printed photo with a QR code to purchase the digital copies. We decided not to purchase any of the photos. Seating options include sushi bar/counter seating and tables. Tables are separated by bamboo dividers, providing a more private dining experience. Amazing food and amazing service! They're very welcoming and help with the food one should try. The chefs value quality and show their skills through the amazing taste of their food and the server, Ratib shows how high dining service is done as well. I was very happy with everything and if I come back I would definitely eat here again! The pictures here don't even show everything fully that you can experience, so definitely come and give it a try!

Came here with a friend to experience the OC Restaurant Week Kaiseki menu, and it was such an incredible experience! My first kaiseki experience! The food was extremely fresh and beautifully presented, and every course felt thoughtfully prepared. Even the order it came out was very well thought out. The variety of seafood and flavors made the whole experience so memorable. The service was very attentive and welcoming. The staff took the time to explain the dishes as they were served. Overall it was a wonderful dining experience and a great way to try a new restaurant in OC. I would definitely come back again! Such a hidden gem.

Wow wow wow! We were looking for sushi within a walk from our hotel and found this gem! I was so impressed and so happy with this decision! Jose, our server, was phenomenal! So helpful with wonderful recommendations! Highly recommend for a wonderful, classy experience!
